We are a well-established farm service contractor operating in various
banana, papaya & asparagus plantations in Mindanao. We are in search
of a competent:



Administrative & Personnel Manager
Salary: 500,000.00 P.A.

-32-38 yrs. old
-grad. of psychology or any behavioral science course
-pref. with post grad. studies
-background in labor relations are advantage
-with knowledge in lgistics & supply chain mgt.
-computer literate
-highly proficient in oral & written communications
-can effectively relate with people
-technically up to date
-with at least 5 yrs. experience in all phases of personnel
& administrative work in managerial capacity including
benefts management & human resources dev't
